About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Website Development Instructor to join our dynamic teaching team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in teaching Web Development to diverse learners using engaging, interactive, and results-driven methods. You will deliver lessons online, assess participants’ progress, and provide constructive feedback to help learners achieve confidence in Website Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Web Development lessons to individuals or groups online.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet participants’ varying learning styles and proficiency levels.
• upload and organize participants’ materials in their LMS space to keep everything in order. Training will be provided.
• Develop engaging learning resources, including exercises, presentations, and interactive activities.
• Assign and grade practice exercises and assignments.
• Monitor and assess participants’ progress, providing regular feedback and improvement strategies.
• Maintain a positive, motivating, and professional online classroom environment.
• Stay updated with best practices in language teaching and digital learning tools.
• Collaborate with the academic team to align lessons with curriculum goals and learner objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Certification in Education, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage).
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years teaching Web Development (online or in-person).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using online teaching tools such as Zoom platform.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in using online teaching platforms (Zoom) and digital learning resources.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High energy and ability to motivate and inspire students of different backgrounds.
• Must have a laptop, and good internet/Wi-Fi connection

Goal: Build course participants knowledge, skills, and confidence to create professional Website.
