• Student diagnostic to final test gain ≥ 25%
• 3 weekly live classes delivered
• Student satisfaction score ≥ 4.6/5

Reporting To: Homeschool Program Manager

Specification:

• 3 group sessions/week
• Assign and review independent-study work
• Manage Slack support channels

Location: Remote (Cameroon hub)
Qualifications & Education:

• B.Ed. or B.Sc. in relevant fields
• 2+ years secondary teaching/tutoring
