Job Title: Homeschool Instructor – Form 3
Job Purpose: Deliver personalized Form 3 curriculum (any 6 subjects) in a live online setting.
Key Results Areas:
- Individual student improvement of ≥ 20% on diagnostics
- Completion of 12 live sessions/month
- Forum support response time < 24 hrs
Reporting To: Homeschool Program Manager

Location: Remote (Cameroon hub)
Qualifications & Education:
- Bachelor’s in Education or relevant subject
- 2+ years homeschooling or tutoring experience
