About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Service Coach to join our dynamic teaching team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in teaching Customer Service skill to diverse learners using engaging, interactive, and results-driven methods. You will deliver lessons online, assess participants’ progress, and provide constructive feedback to help learners achieve confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Customer Service lessons to individuals or groups online.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet participants’ varying learning styles and proficiency levels.
- upload and organize participants’ materials in their LMS space to keep everything in order. Training will be provided.
- Develop engaging learning resources, including exercises, presentations, and interactive activities.
- Assign and grade practice exercises and assignments.
- Monitor and assess participants’ progress, providing regular feedback and improvement strategies.
- Maintain a positive, motivating, and professional online classroom environment.
- Collaborate with the academic team to align lessons with curriculum goals and learner objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Certification in Education, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years teaching Customer Service skill (online or in-person).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using online teaching tools such as Zoom platform.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using online teaching platforms (Zoom) and digital learning resources.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High energy and ability to motivate and inspire students of different backgrounds.
- Must have a laptop, and good internet/Wi-Fi connection
Goal: Build course participants knowledge, skills, and confidence in Customer Care Service skill.
