📄 Terms & Policies

Payment Terms: All payments must be made before the start of the course or in accordance with the installment plan provided at registration. Payment confirms your seat in the class and grants access to course materials. Installment plans must be respected to maintain continued access.
Payment Terms
Refunds are not automatic. A written request must be submitted via email within 3 days of payment. Refunds will only be considered if the course has not yet started and if no materials have been accessed or downloaded. Once classes have started or digital content has been accessed, no refund will be granted. All refund decisions are at the discretion of the academy and will be processed within 4 –7 business days, if approved.
Refund Policy
If you miss a live session, you’ll still have access to the recorded version and downloadable materials. No refunds are issued for missed classes. We reserve the right to reschedule a class for reasons such as technical issues or instructor emergencies; in such cases, learners will be notified in advance and an alternative session will be arranged.
Class Rescheduling & Missed Sessions
You will receive 1 months access to Slack, LMS Sharing login credentials or materials with non-enrolled individuals is strictly prohibited. Zoom recorded videos cannot be downloaded or shared. Any unauthorized sharing of recorded videos is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the course without refund and possible legal action. Sharing login credentials, Zoom links, or course materials with individuals who are not officially enrolled through the LMS platform whether as a student, teacher, or instructor, is strictly prohibited.
