3. Payment Terms
- All payments must be made before the start of the course or in accordance with the installment plan provided at registration.
- Payment confirms your seat in the class and grants access to course materials.
- Installment plans must be respected to maintain continued access.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features or content on the Website, you may need to register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials on the Website, is the property of Global Online Academy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. 6. Refund Policy
- Refunds are not automatic. A written request must be submitted via email within 3 days of payment.Â
- Refunds will only be considered if the course has not yet started and if no materials have been accessed or downloaded.Â
- Once classes have started or digital content has been accessed, no refund will be granted.Â
- All refund decisions are at the discretion of the academy and will be processed within 4 –7 business days, if approved.
7. Class Rescheduling & Missed Sessions
- If you miss a live session, you’ll still have access to the recorded version and downloadable materials.Â
- No refunds are issued for missed classes.Â
- We reserve the right to reschedule a class for reasons such as technical issues or instructor emergencies; in such cases, learners will be notified in advance and an alternative session will be arranged.Â
8. Course Access & Materials
- You will receive 1 months access to Slack, LMSÂ
- Sharing login credentials or materials with non-enrolled individuals is strictly prohibited.Â
- Zoom recorded videos cannot be downloaded or shared. Any unauthorized sharing of recorded videos is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the course without refund and possible legal action.Â
- Sharing login credentials, Zoom links, or course materials with individuals who are not officially enrolled through the LMS platform whether as a student, teacher, or instructor, is strictly prohibited.
9. Code of Conduct
- We expect all learners to participate respectfully during live classes and in forums. Any form of disrespect, abuse, or disruption may result in removal from the course without refund.Â
- By enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to these Terms & Policies.Â
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Website, in our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any conduct that we deem harmful or inappropriate. Upon termination, your right to use the Website will immediately cease, and we may delete or deactivate your account.
